Simply visit our website, go to "shop", select the items you'd like to purchase by selecting "add to cart", and follow the checkout process. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. 

 Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return items within 30 days for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at azcraftemom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Pack items securely and include the receipt. 
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 days of receipt.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

We don't have a physical store, but all our products are handcrafted and shipped directly from Queen Creek, Arizona.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Delivery times vary based on your location. Some items may take longer to process, so please check the item details for specific processing times.
